The educators’ work plan developed as part of the „Growth & Art” project is designed to deepen the understanding of the tasks educators undertake during youth workshops. Rather than just a step-by-step guide, it serves as a tool to provide facilitators with full awareness of the objectives behind each task. The plan outlines the key topics covered in the workshops, such as self-awareness, empathy, stress management, and social integration. It also explains why these tasks are important and what skills they help develop in young people.
The goal of the plan is to ensure that facilitators fully understand how the exercises impact participants’ development, which is crucial for effective educational engagement.
