Podczas realizacji projektu GROWTH & ART aktywnie promowaliśmy na naszych kanałach social media treści związane z głównymi tematami projektu: stresem, samorozwojem oraz sztuką. Naszym celem była edukacja oraz zwiększenie świadomości na temat tych ważnych zagadnień. Regularnie publikowaliśmy artykuły, grafiki oraz materiały wideo, które miały na celu inspirowanie i wspieranie naszych odbiorców w ich codziennych wyzwaniach oraz w dążeniu do lepszego zrozumienia siebie i otaczającego świata.

During the GROWTH & ART project, we actively promoted content related to the main themes of the project—stress, self-development, and art—across our social media channels. Our goal was to educate and raise awareness about these important topics. We regularly shared articles, graphics, and videos aimed at inspiring and supporting our audience in their daily challenges and in their journey towards better self-understanding and an appreciation of the world around them.
